আপলোডে র নিয়ম কাননু :
প্রত্যেক প্রতিযোগীকে প্রতিটি ক্যাটাগরিতে ০৪টি ইমেজ (মোট ১২টি ছবি)
ইলেক্ট্রনিক পদ্ধতিতে – phoenix-photo.org ওয়েবসাইটে সাবমিট
করতে হবে।
ছবির সাইজ ওপেন কিন্তু ছবি সাবমিট করার সময় প্রতিটি ইমেজ ৩
মেগাবাইটের বেশি হবে না। ছবি বা ক্যাপশনের পুনঃনামকরণ অবশ্যই
ইংরেজি বর্ণমালা র্ণ য় হতে হবে এবং ১৫ অক্ষরের বেশী হবে না।
প্রতিযোগী ফি :
প্রত্যেক প্রতিযোগীর জন্য প্রতিযোগী ফি ৫০০ টাকা (পাঁচশত টাকা) ।
প্রতিযোগী ফি ব্যাতিত কোন প্রতিযোীর ছবি বিচারের যোগ্য হবে না।
প্রত্যেক প্রতিযোগিকে অবশ্যই নিম্নলিখিত নিয়ম-কাননু মেনে ছবি
আপলোড করতে হবে।
ওপেন কালার :
"ওপেন কালার" বিভাগে বিবেচনা করা হবে যদি এটি ক্যাপচার করার
সময় মলতূ রঙিন ক্যাপচার করা হয়। চিত্রটি যে কোনও বহুল ব্যবহৃত
সফ্টওয়্যার দ্বারা প্রক্রিয়া করা যেতে পারে; তবে ম্যানয়ুালি বা এআই
(আর্টিফিশিয়াল ইন্টেলিজেন্স) ব্যবহার করে ছবির কোনও ক্লোনিং বা
পরিবর্তন অনুমোদিত নয়।
ওপেন মনোক্রম (সাদা-কালো) :
মনোক্রোম বা সাদা-কালো ছবি হিসাবে বিবেচনা করা হবে যদি এটি
কোনও রঙ না থাকার ছাপ দেয় (অর্থাত্ কেবল ধূসর রঙের ছায়া রয়েছে
যা খাঁটি কালো এবং খাঁটি সাদা অন্তর্ভুক্ত করতে পারে) বা এটি একটি
গ্রেস্কেল চিত্র হওয়ার ছাপ দেয় যা পুরো চিত্র জড়েু একটি রঙে টোন করা
হয়েছে। (উদাহরণস্বরূপ সেপিয়া, লাল, সোনার ইত্যাদি) একটি গ্রেস্কেল বা
বহু-রঙিন চিত্র সংশোধিত বা আংশিক টোনিং, মাল্টি-টোনিং বা স্পট
রঙের অন্তর্ভুক্তি দ্বারা সংশোধিত হওয়ার ছাপ দেয় একরঙার সংজ্ঞা পূরণ
করে না এবং রঙিন কাজ হিসাবে শ্রেণিবদ্ধ করা হবে।
ফটোট্রাভেল:
একটি ফটো ট্র্যাভেল চিত্র আমরা যে বাস্তব জগতে বাস করি তার একটি
চিত্র, কারণ এটি প্রাকৃতিকভাবে পাওয়া যায়। ভৌগলিক কোনো
সীমাবদ্ধতা নেই।
বিচারক ও বিচারকগণ-:
পিএনপিপিএ -
প্রতিটি সংস্করণ "Phoenix-photo.org" ভিত্তিক ফিনিক্স আইটি
লিমিটেড দ্বারা প্রস্তুত সফ্টওয়্যার এবং বিভিন্ন ক্লাবের নির্দিষ্ট বিচারকগণ
বিচারকার্য পরিচালনা করবেন। প্রতিটি ক্লাব 'একটি সেলন' (আলোকচিত্র
প্রদর্শনী বা প্রতিযোগিতা) হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে। সুতরাং উপরে উল্লিখিত
পাঁচটি ক্লাব পাঁচটি সেলনু হিসাবে থাকবে। পাঁচটি সেলন এই জাতীয় সার্কিট
তৈরি করবে।প্রতিটি অংশগ্রহণকারী ক্লাব একজন করে বিচারক প্রদান ও
মনোনীত করবেন।
পাঁচটি ক্লাব ০৫ জন বিচারক এবং পিপিএস তাদের পাঁচটি সেলনের জন্য
১০ জন আন্তর্জাতিক বিচারক নিয়োগ করবেন।
তাই প্রতিটি সেলনেু
৩ জন করে ডেডিকেটেড বিচারক থাকবেন। ২ জন
আন্তর্জাতিক বিচারক এবং ১ জন জাতীয় বিচারক।
তারা "Phoenix-photo.org" ভিত্তিক "ফিনিক্স ফটো সফটওয়্যার"
ব্যাবহার করে বিচার প্রক্রিয়া সম্পাদন করবেন।
বিচারের স্বচ্ছতা ও নিরপেক্ষতা নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিটি ক্লাবের বিচারক
অংশগ্রহণকারী অন্য ক্লাবের বিচারক হবেন।
বিচার পর্ব হবে ৩টি স্তরে-
১) ১ম রাউন্ড (গ্রহণযোগ্যতা রাউন্ড) সফটওয়ারের মাধ্যমে বিচারকগন
অনলাইন সার্ভারে সম্পাদন করবেন।
২) ২য় রাউন্ড (প্রি অ্যাওয়ার্ড রাউন্ড) সফটওয়ারের মাধ্যমে বিচারকগন
অনলাইন সার্ভারে সম্পাদন করবেন।
3) ফাইনাল রাউন্ড (জমু মিটিংয়ে অ্যাওয়ার্ড রাউন্ড) উপস্থিত সকল
বিচারকদের গুগল মিট সফটওয়ারের মাধ্যমে বিচারকগন অনলাইন
সার্ভারে সম্পাদন করবেন।
The Awards-
This contest will be open for the following awards
Each club will provide 15 Gold medals each.
Total 15X05 = 75 Gold Medals for 3 sections
After completion of the Award rounds, the Grand Prize of the “PHOENIX NATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY PLANET AWARD - DECEMBER 2024” will be determined from the awardees by their merit – decided by the organizing committee. The Grand winner will receive a check of BDT 25,000/- as cash award.
The total 35% of the participating images will be accepted by the software.
The Electronic certificate will be provided to all accepted and winners.

The Judging and Judges-
PNPPA -9th edition will be judged using the judging software prepared and powered by Phoenix IT Limited “Phoenix Photo Software” based in “Phoenix-photo.org”
Each club will be considered as “one Salon” (Photography exhibition or contest). So, there will be five clubs as mentioned above as five salons. Five Salons will make this National Circuit.
Each participating club shall provide and designate one judge for each of the organizers.
Five clubs will provide 05 judges and PPS will manage 10 International judges for their five salons.
So, each salon will have 3 dedicated judges. 2 international judges and 1 national judges.
They will compete the judging process by the “Phoenix Photo Software” based in “Phoenix-photo.org”.
Each club’s judges will be the judge of another participating clubs to ensure the transparency and impartiality of the judging.
The judging rounds will be in 3 tiers-
1) 1st round (Acceptances round)
2) 2nd round (Pre award round)
3) Final round (Award round in Zoom meeting or google meet by all judge's present)
